Exhibition Opportunities
Exhibitors can select from our popular Upgraded Exhibition Stands or the Standard Exhibition Stand; raw space is available for those seeking a custom build. First-time exhibitors are invited to join the VALA Marketplace in the economical Exhibition Pods, a new feature of the VALA2018 exhibition hall.

VALA2018 Exhibition
The exhibition is an integral element of the Conference and will provide the market place for valuable networking and education and the opportunity to meet face to face with your target audience. Located on a single level in the Exhibition Centre bays, adjacent to the plenary hall and other session rooms, the exhibition will be fully integrated into the Conference program with all catering breaks served in the exhibition hall.

Venue
VALA2018 will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 13 – 15 February 2018.
The VALA2018 Exhibition Hall will be located in the Exhibition Centre bays which are adjacent to the plenary hall and other session rooms. The Exhibition will be held in a single level dedicated space with all delegate catering served within this area.
VALA2018 Marketing Reach
With over 1,800 active supporters, VALA is a strong network of professionals working in the information technology and libraries field. VALA2018 will be marketed through print, electronic and social media to ensure maximum exposure for your organisation, including:-

The VALA2018 website is a dedicated space for all information relating to the Conference. It is regularly updated and widely viewed, and includes current program and social information, alongside a dedicated page for sponsors and exhibitors where your details will be showcased.
VALA2018 Mobile App
The VALA2018 Mobile App will be available for download prior to the Conference, providing sponsors with the opportunity to connect with delegates pre-and post- event.
