Lightning Talks - share your Library IT passion!

VALA invites you to our October Guest Speaker event. This event will be run as a Webinar.

Join special Guest Speaker Trish Hepworth (Australian Digital Alliance, NLA, knows copyright better than Twitter) whilst she makes sense of copyright in the digital age. Online of course, as part of Open Access Week.

VALA and the City of Melbourne are proud to host this important event, and to welcome Steve Killelea, AM, Founder and Executive Chairman of the Institute for Economics and Peace, to the Town Hall. Steve is in Melbourne for one night only to present the 2015 Global Peace Index (GPI) the world’s leading measure of global peacefulness.

Our speaker is Richard Wallis, Technology Evangelist, OCLC who will be speaking on the topic "Web Driven Revolution for Library Data".
