We have never needed colleagues more than we need them now. Our Leaning In Series will provide a Chatham House rules environment for industry sectors to come together and share their journey.
This 1-hour event will be run as a Zoom Meeting
Hosted by Michelle McLean, VALA President and PLV ICT Special Interest Group convenor.
Topic: Public Libraries
We’re taking our “Leaning Ins” on a test run with Public Libraries on Wednesday 29 April. Grab your lunch and log in to our virtual gathering of public library first responders. Michelle McLean will host the Leaning In as an “un-meeting” (Wiktionary says “an informal type of meeting without the rules, format or constraints of a formal meeting”). To keep it conversational, inclusive and personal, we’re limiting numbers to 20. And if the interest is overwhelming, we’ll run more.
The Public Libraries Leaning In is free to attend, but you must be employed or previously employed in a public library. No proof required, we’ll take your word for it.
