Abstract
Aus GLAMR is a new web application for the Australasian GLAMR community to keep up with the latest industry news, ideas, and events. A successor to the blog aggregator Aus GLAM Blogs, this new application has expanded in scope to track newsletters, groups such as Discord groups or email lists, and events and conferences. GLAMR professionals can subscribe via a weekly email, RSS feeds, or a fediverse bot to keep up with newsletter editions, blog posts, and newly registered events, calls for papers, and groups. This poster session will explain why Hugh built it, how it can be used, and what technologies it uses. You can see the app in action at https://ausglamr.newcardigan.org
Biography
Hugh is a librarian and computer toucher living in Naarm/Melbourne. Hugh worked in public libraries and at CAVAL before joining La Trobe University as Manager Digital Discovery. He is a founding member of newCardigan, administrator of AusGLAM.Space, board member at the Commons Social Change Library, and occasional blogger.
