Abstract
The University of Queensland (UQ) Library subscribes to the Pressbooks platform, which the Library and our teaching staff use to create OER. In the last 12 months the Faculty Services Librarians (FSL) for Business, Economics, and Law and Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences (BEL/HASS) have created two Research essentials Pressbooks for the disciplines of Law and Music. This paper will explore how using Pressbooks allowed UQ Library to meet our key strategic goals of connecting people to information, building information literacies, and leveraging technologies and other benefits.
